El Proceso de Convertirse en Artista: Estudio de Caso Múltiple con Tres Participantes

ABSTRACT

La presente investigación basada en la metodología cualitativa es un estudio de caso múltiple con tres participantes que explica el proceso vivido por ellos desde su encuentro con el arte, hasta el momento en que no sólo se consideran artistas, sino que viven para y por la creación artística.

Una escultora, una pintora y un compositor de música contemporanea fueron los protagonistas de este trabajo detallado, profundo y exhaustivo que describe las etapas que atravesaron para convertirse en artistas.

Este proceso es semejante al de desarrollo humano, ya que parte de un momento en el que persona y lenguaje artístico se ponen en contacto (Concepción), hasta el momento en el que esta persona se considera artista y autorrealizada, en este momento los cambios son constantes, los descubrimientos no cesan, hay retos y desafíos personales, hay gozo y disfrute del acto mismo de cración, se encuentra sentido a la vida, se vive para crear (edad adulta temprana).

The Process of Becoming Artist: Multiple Case Study with Three Participants

ABSTRACT

The present investigation based on the qualitative methodology is a multiple case study with three participants. Explains the process lived by them from its encounter with art, until the moment that they are not only considered artists, but rather they live for the artistic creation.

A sculptress, a painter and a composer of contemporary music were the main characters of this detailed, deep and exhaustive work that describes the stages that they crossed to become artists.

This process or conversion is similar to human development, since the moment that ich person and artistic language put on in contact (conception), till the moment this person is considered artist and self-taught. In this stage changes are constant, discoveries don't cease, there are challenges and personal defiances, but also introduce themselves in a tough struggle betwen them and their propouses. And finally they find joy in the same act of creation, sense to the life, they live in order to create (early mature age).
